Refund policy

如因個人原因欲辦理退貨,請於七日鑑賞期內向客服申請退貨。每筆訂單於七日鑑賞期內僅提供一次免費退貨服務,恕不受理重複退貨申請。若未於鑑賞期內向客服申請退貨,擅自將商品寄回者,本店將不受理,並須自行負擔重新寄回費用。

無法退換貨的商品及特殊狀況:

-超過七天鑑賞期。
-本店所販售商品皆為古著,商品本身可能帶有不同程度的使用痕跡,屬於正常現象,亦為古著特色之一。所有商品皆為實品拍攝,已盡可能呈現真實狀況。因螢幕顯示略有差異,若有細微瑕疵或使用痕跡未能於照片中完全顯示,恕不接受以此作為退換貨理由。
-依台灣消費者保護法規定,貼身衣物飾品(耳環、耳針、項鍊、戒指、手環等)屬個人衛生用品,故售出無鑑賞期並基於個人衛生原則亦不受理退貨。
-衣物有明顯香水、菸味等味道、沾有粉底、口紅、商品吊牌拆除、已下水、飾品有刮傷受損、等使用痕跡,恕無法辦理退貨。
-鞋子或鞋底有新增的明顯磨損、汙損、摺痕等試穿痕跡;缺少相關附屬配件、吊牌(含吊牌線)等。
-退貨商品須以原包裝妥善包裝寄回,並保持商品原狀(含吊牌、配件完整),如商品在退貨過程中因包裝不當而受損,恕無法辦理退款。


為保障雙方權益,請您在開箱過程中務必全程錄影,以確保商品是否遺漏。寄錯、缺貨、瑕疵品請皆以「原檔清晰完整開箱影片」為依據。(從外送箱未開封的完整狀態開始拍攝才是完整錄影檔,快轉或有明顯剪輯痕跡的影片皆不在受理範圍)


非瑕疵定義:

-商品尺寸皆為人工平量,與實際商品的尺寸測量誤差為±2cm屬正常範圍。
-每台電腦、手機顯色度不一樣可能會有些許色差問題,請斟酌下單。
-線頭、輕微脫線、衣物壓痕,皆為正常現象。

國際訂單:

如為 非台灣地區(國外)購買,退貨時之來回運費及可能產生的關稅或手續費,須由買家自行負擔。
建議使用可追蹤的物流服務退回商品,若因包裹遺失或無法追蹤導致無法確認退貨,本店恕不負責。

Return & Exchange Policy

If you wish to return an item due to personal reasons, please contact our customer service within the 7-day appreciation period to initiate a return.
Each order is eligible for one free return within the 7-day period. Repeated return requests for the same order will not be accepted.
Returns without prior notice and approval will not be processed. If a return is made without contacting customer service, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item back to them.

Non-Returnable Items & Special Circumstances


-Requests made after the 7-day period appreciation will not be accepted.

-All items sold on this site are vintage and may show varying degrees of wear, which is considered normal and part of the item's character.
Each product is photographed in its actual condition and we strive to present it as accurately as possible.
Due to differences in screen displays, slight imperfections or signs of use that are not clearly visible in photos do not qualify as reasons for return or exchange.

-In accordance with Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Law, personal items such as underwear and accessories (e.g. earrings, ear studs, necklaces, rings, bracelets) are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

-Returns will not be accepted if the item has noticeable odors (e.g. perfume or cigarette smoke), makeup stains (foundation, lipstick), has been washed, had tags removed, or if accessories show scratches or signs of wear.

-Shoes or soles that show obvious wear, dirt, creases, or other signs of being worn; or items that are missing original tags, packaging, or accessories, are not eligible for return.

-Returned items must be properly repackaged in their original packaging and returned in original condition, including all tags and accessories.
If the item is damaged due to improper packaging during the return process, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Unboxing Video Required for Claims


To protect the interests of both parties, please record a complete, unedited unboxing video starting from the unopened parcel.
In cases of wrong item, missing item, or defects, only original, clearly recorded unboxing videos will be accepted as valid proof.
Videos with fast-forwarding, cuts, or obvious edits will not be accepted.

Not Considered Defects


-Manual measurements may have a ±2cm difference, which is considered acceptable.

-Slight color differences may occur due to different display screens.

-Minor issues such as loose threads, slight creasing, or light fabric impressions are normal and not considered defects.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside of Taiwan, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable customs duties or taxes.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning international items, as we are not liable for lost or untraceable returns.
